IKA Bohag not being in ATS is continuously baffling. CA would be a good opportunity to put that to rest.

With the recent distancing from real life companies, I wonder if they intend to give IKA Bohag a makeover at some point and change it into something less recognizable..
Even so, it's long overdue for being added to ATS.

It's the color scheme that's killing things. The old truck stops were the same. The names where good but they changed the name and the color scheme. Ika Bohag is good, but the color scheme is what gives it the question mark. The depot from ETS2 would need major work for ATS. The trucking area is too small for North American trucks. The yard needs to be overalled. It's not 53' friendly at all.

This is a pretty interesting video that goes over why LA and the surrounding area is different from most other US metropolitan areas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oboDigfMrJU

@flight50 You would think so but they still used it in Iberia without any color overhauls.
I think trucks are cool.

Iberia came before these new legal matters though. SCS just changed up those truck stops this year. Iberia was last year. It's also the US which is lawyer sue happy. I don't know how strict this topic is in Europe to the point SCS needs to change things up though.

Would be nice if IKEA, could be an official depot ingame. One of the first, non truck related.

They know how much Ikea needs to be introduced to ATS. I've been one of the people asking for this addition to the game for years.

EU copyright laws are much stricter than those in the US—among other things, there is no legal concept of "fair use" here. Like, at all.

But on the flip side, people seem to be somewhat less "sue happy" in Europe, possibly compounded by the fact that many of the finer details of copyright law are slightly different for each EU member state. Makes it more complicated for laypeople and lawyers alike.

CA-91 looks good option to connect CA-60 and I-10 as get to the ports of Long Beach you really going to avoid downtown Los Angeles. The addition of I-405 and I-710 add Irvine and Long Beach as scenery cities. Fullerton along CA-91 has lots of logistics industry same with Riverside CA as well.
