This, this is what I'm really hoping, also make the Ca-99 a true highway, it is not a street with traffic lights when it gets into Stockton.
Yeah, that section is just like the old days of ATS. In the original version of the game, the I-80 and I-580 junction in reno was a traffic light! It looks like that part of CA-99 is the only section of road in the game in which real life is a highway, and the game is a super slow expressway style road with traffic lights. Stockton always was one of the dumbest cities in the game in my opinion, along with Gallup new mexico. Because they don't even have CA-4 at all! I really hope phase 3 makes Stockton like real life; CA-4 AS A FREEWAY, CA-99 as a freeway+Sacramento CA-99 connection, and that industrial area. And maybe even I-5 with 6 instead of 4 lanes. Also, feel free to ask me why I hate Gallup and say anything else to me related to Gallup. But they better make Stockton good.
Nothing to say here anymore.

I know I’m gonna regret this but still, why do you hate Gallup?

Well, it's a bit of a long story. I first found out about this game in 2020, but never actually played it until 2022, because I had a chromebook. I finally got a decent windows computer early 2022, and since this was one of many games I was interested in, I decided to get it. At first, I got the demo, and after seeing that, I knew I'd enjoy it. I payed $20 for the full game, and I was very pleased. California, Nevada, Arizona, Exactly what I wanted. And then, I decided to buy the new mexico DLC. I played through that, but when I went into Gallup, I was excited, but that soon turned into disappointment. I needed to rest, and I was trying to get to the rest stop. I used a garbage keyboard, and I tried to get to the rest station, but the road network was so curvy and messed up, and I couldn't keep control of my truck. I tried to drive, but because of Gallup, I was at 87% damage, and my truck refused to start. I finally made it to the rest station, but boy was I was very super triple angry. I try to avoid Gallup when I can. And google maps shows gallup as a very very similar way to the game. If I ever move into New Mexico for any reason, I'll be avoiding living in Gallup. I'm not gonna let my car IRL be damaged because of Gallup's horrible road network, which IRL looks as if it were designed for crashing. And that's the story of why I hate Gallup.

You mean "Not represented at all"? I don't think that the Lake Tahoe area exists in the current map yet, and if it does, I'm sorry for making a foolish mistake.
It does exist, it’s connected to Carson City via a minor road. It’s clearly a remnant of the old days though, nothing interesting to look at.

Highway 1?! If that is correct, then that means SCS did share a bay area screenshot! Or at least somewhere nearby. I didn't bother looking at where that was on the map.

There's a whole poll thread he just created just for Gallup. Hatred for Gallup and explanations should go there. Gallup isn't a base map city.
