Not from scratch. Just another revamp in some areas. What it is right now still holds but can be better.

Complete Rework from scratch, nuke it all and start from zero.

I would want it to be started from scratch, at least in terms of the layout. Their current standards are far better, and if they don't redo it now then they probably never will.

I vote for from scratch too. A fresh new look like they did with the cities in the California reworks.

Level it.

Start from scratch, the current LV isn't "awful" but it is showing it's age with some old assets, and the layout might be the "best" part of LV but even then the standards have been raised since 2020.

Add some goodies, like Allegiant Stadium would be a nice drive-by scene.

Rework, it could be an amazing city. It shouldn't be held back

Vegas isn't too bad, but to be fair, to a new player who didn't have to experience Old Vegas and the pre-Utah bottleneck there, it might not seem that great.

I think a rebuild from scratch would be a good idea; the renovation added that much-needed freeway connection with US 93, but other than that, the road network was left mostly unchanged, in that old style with a ton of little roads that don't serve much purpose. I guess there could also be some tweaks to the city's placement, so there could be more room to the south and east (for more of a sense of distance, and to fit more landmarks/job sites, like the airport, the PABCO gypsum mine, Mormon Mesa, etc.), and there could be new/revised job sites in the city, like the airport, casinos/hotels, and a quarry or suburb construction site in the outskirts. And a drivable Strip, let's not forget that.

What I hope to see in New New Vegas is the Las Vegas Spring; it dried up in the 1960s, and can't be seen closely from any highway, but US 95 does pass right by it.
