[Updated 02.01.22] SCANIA NextGen V8 sound mod by Max2712 V5.0

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

This mod seems not to work on 1.43 Truckers MP via the link for install you uploaded on youtube. : https://youtu.be/TFuq5h-OvHc the sound mod of VDR is also updated to 1.43

for me not a good choice to reuse the sound from 6 series, both gen have pretty different tone

Thank you for the update! I'm using this with the good ol' Scania RJL and it's absolutely amazing. Still, for my NG I prefer the I6 sound :D

your L5 engine sound works perfect and its awesome but this one won't work

the sounds and very well realized the small problem I have the impression that the sounds and suffocated and flashing them loudly

@Leen It is definitely working, if it's not for you, you must have a mod conflict or maybe just forgot to restart the game.

Strangely enough it wasn't working for me either, untill i installed the Scania Drivetrain Revision mod.
