not really, on the normal hood, hood line and filter intake are parallel, on the power hood you see that they move away from each other

also, the second image is a render, and not an image of the real truck

In what industry do powerhood Western Stars are used? Heavy hauling as in? What are the benefits of using it?

The power hood is an upgrade over the original 49X hood: it allows for a larger radiator for enhanced cooling packages (and more hp).

What SCS is teasing appears to be the power hood and possibly something else, but idk.
