It was just released, so we can only speculate, but definitely heavy haul.

The benefit is a larger radiator. The original 49X hood couldn't hold enough radiator capacity to support a big engine.

It's the same reason Kenworth offers the T800W and honestly probably the T800H as well.

there are no industries it was specifically made for it, it is for the SFA version of the truck so you can use the high HP DD16 and X15 engines with a bigger radiator in it

I don't like box trailers so I almost always use lowboys/stepdecks/flatbeds in game so I seem to be the target audience for a heavy haul DLC. And I hope that it is more than just a new hood and a paintjob. There have been enough discussions about flags and oversize banners and the usefulness of weighstations when running an oversize load that I'm not going to repeat that here. Let's see what SCS can come up with.

Yes, the difference between regular hood and power hood in that the power hood is straighter, regular hood has a slope.

Not gonna lie. I like the looks of the powerhood.

As far as I know, the power hood is only for SFA. The SBA has two vents on the bumper if the customer spec the truck with a DD16 or a ~600hp X15 that serves the same purpose as the power hood.

Agree. I haven't seen Power Hood anywhere in SBA.
I translate via Google Translate. Sometimes he does it badly. I beg understand and forgive. :geek:
