Today SCS software will officially release the Mack Anthem truck for American Truck Simulator. You can post your new Mack Anthem truck photos in this thread.

Also can post other Mack trucks models. (SCS & Mods)

I would say you don't need to start up you're game to check, steam needs to download the truck first.
So as soon SCS releases the truck you need to wait for steam to finish the download, after that you're good to go.

Hope it will release sooooooooon

Wiki sais "Patience (or forbearance) is the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as perseverance in the face of delay". Well I am pretty sure this does not apply to situations when it comes to new trucks.
