Reworked Intersections


With the TR Extended Map Mode, Istanbul in the Road to the Black Sea DLC gets a larger map. However, our changes in the map are not limited to expansion. Our map design team reworked some intersections in Istanbul in accordance with the reality. As can be seen from the comparative in-game images, a detailed work is being done.

Istanbul is a constantly changing city. That's why the map had to be updated to reflect realism in ETS 2. Considering this situation, we have completed an important intersection under construction in the DLC. One of the roundabouts in the game also had to be changed and there was not enough space. However, we managed to turn it into a bridge intersection with a hard work.

You can find the locations of the intersections from the hints in the in-game screenshots. You will discover more of our shares in TR Extended Map Mode and you will enjoy transporting on the new roads of Istanbul.

Hi looks nice so far

But the tower in first Pic belongs originally to Berlin and as a german it looks a little strange if it is meant to be turkey..

But the rest looks pretty fine

The tower is really exist actually, you can look for it in maps (Büyükçekmece Televizyon Kulesi)

TR Extended Map Mod: Release Date Announcement and Launch Trailer

TR Extended Map Mod Istanbul Edition is finally completed which we announced in April 2020 with the title ‘Something is changing’. Our team worked hard to reflect the expanding Istanbul to Euro Truck Simulator 2 in a detailed and realistic. New models have been created for the mod. A realistic road network and environment was designed. Finally, the testing process of our mod has been successfully completed. We are now ready to announce the release date of the first version of our highly anticipated map mod.

TR Extended Map Istanbul Edition will be released on the 17th of December 2020
