And just like SCS, Rockstar takes a real area and fictionalizes it. Such as Los Angeles to Los Santos, and Miami to Vice City. But the GTA world is much more interactive. This is because not just you can enter buildings, but all the roads are accessible not cut off by XXX. The funny thing is that while the GTA map is fictional, so is the SCS map. But the SCS map team seems to refuse to use more editorial liberties to fill in spots or connect roads that might not be connected irl. The SCS map is way bigger than what it seems, but so much space is wasted.
For offroad sections specifically, they could do so much more to vary up the experience a bit.
Offroading is something TWA has, and the addition of dust storms and other weather is most exciting.
