For example; wyoming(route-16,route-120,route-34,route-85) any of these should come as a road.

WY-120, between Cody and Thermopolis? yeah, that would be nice.
US-16, do you mean the section between Buffalo and Gillette?
WY-34, Bosier to I-25?
US-85? that is best to wait until one sees how Nevada and South Dakota looks.

North-central Wyoming, I feel pretty good about it at the moment. Roads that I think could benefit it in the future are ones that would support Nebraska and South Dakota.

WY-387 from I-25 to WY-59

WY-450 from Black Thunder Coal Mine to US-16

US-16 from Moorcroft to Newcastle

US-18 from I-25 to Mule Creek Junction

US-85 from US-26 to Newcastle

US-26 from I-25 to US-85

For sure, we'll get US-26 and US-18. I think US-16 and US-85 are likely but not locks. WY-387 and WY-450 are less likely IMO.

WY-34, no real place for the intersections nor interchanges needed for it. I do not see thins coming.
US-16, east part of that is in, Gillette. Buffalo part is not, same with Worland. I think that will be a no.
But if you would want a Sheridan US-14 to Gillette, then that could be plausible. Part of it is cosigned US-16. But it would be rather short. Possible tho.

Worland was slight off from making it, and I see no space issues. But I guess the addition of that segment of US-16 via Ten Sleep would make Buffalo a full drivable town? I think US-14 from Sheridan to Gillette could be one. Just cut off US-16 west.

If Worland were included, I think there would be too little room between Thermopolis and Greybull to really enjoy the space.
Buffalo currently doesn't exist, it's just a façade of a town next to the interstate, so they would have to build that from scratch.

I'm at peace with Wyoming now. Ask for an inch, some people want a mile. We got a very critical part in the game. I don't see the need to poke the bear just because. There needs to be mad support behind a road from the entire community and I just don't see that happening. US-85 is one I pitched along with Cody but at this point, it can wait. I do think it needs to come but its not time for it. That's a South Dakota road to bring the Black his into play along with US-16 and maybe even US-18. Nebraska comes first though and we should get US-20 and US-26. I'm with @oldmanclippy though. Anything additional that goes into Wyoming will be extension roads for South Dakota and Nebraska. No doubt Eastern Wyoming will get some play. No need to do it now though. We have a fairly boxed up map thanks to Davido. Wyoming is much denser that I would have every hoped for.

Wyoming has enough roads and all the needed cities, so now i'm fine with this DLC. Every new road I would consider as a bonus. Every other map DLC still has 1-2 missing roads, but Wyoming is ok now.
