[REL] Route Alaska v1.7 upd 1.49

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

In this version, a new delivery point in Chitina has been added, as well as Alaska license plates. I just made a trip from start to finish , and even took the dirt roads just looking around. I looked at everything on the trip. I must say. WOW what a great job you have done. It took half the day but it was well worth it.I only found a few small things that need to be looked at, but it is not a desperate need to right now. This is all I found for now. Great job. And thanks for your hard work ivanmykyta.
A couple towns cars were in the air, not on the ground.
Bushes and trees in the road way.

Yes, I have a request to the community, if anyone knows how to help me change the scale relative to the default, my scale should be 1.7 and the default is 1.20, how to do this? because my attempts are changing the whole game world to 1.7 scale, but this is only necessary for Alaska
