El Paso! Nice our first time seeing any pictures of it. As always, pics have been added to my map.

Pic 1 - Given the "Welcome to Texas" Sign behind it, this is the "Welcome to El Paso" sign on US 54 north of town, coming in from New Mexico.
Pic 2 - is at the I-10/US 54 interchange, looking east toward downtown El Paso from the northern side of the interchange.
Pic 3 - is the same spot as above, but at night.
Pic 4 - Edit after post - This is actually I-10 near Schuster Ave on the NW side of downtown, near the boarder with Mexico.
Pic 5 - I-10 as it drives through downtown El Paso, looking south west toward the city.
Pic 6 - I-10 in downtown El Paso. This time just passing under the Missouri Ave overpass on the EB lanes.
Pic 7 - I-10 in downtown El Paso, in between Oregon St and El Paso St, looking west.
Pic 8 - US 54 looking west toward the end of the Franklin Mountains north of the city.
Pic 9 - East side of the I-10/US 54 interchange, looking west/nw from where I-10 can travel south onto I-110 and north onto US 54.
Pic 10 - This could be a number of places, closest I can find so far is Airway Blvd where it passes under I-10. It makes sense if we're going toward the Airport.
Pic 11 - Boeing (Darwing?) Dr near Shuttle Columbia Dr on the south side of the airport looking at NASA's SUPER GUPPY!
Pic 12 - Could be any of the large distribution centers and warehouses NW of the airport. Southern side might make more sense given the previous photo, but the area looks more like the NW side.
Pic 13 - George Perry Blvd looking toward the entrance of the FedEx Shipping center.
Pic 14 - George Perry Blvd and Global Reach Dr at the NE side of the airport, near the FedEx shipping center.
Pic 15 - Petro off I-10 off Horizon and Gateway east of El Paso.
Pic 16 - I-10/US 54 interchange. I think along the US 54 through portion. Can't quite find the angle.
Pic 17 - Missouri Ave along I-10 near downtown, perhaps around here at Octavia St.
Pic 18 - Edit after post - This is actually I-10 near Schuster Ave on the NW side of downtown, near the boarder with Mexico.
Pic 19 - I think around I-10 again. Perhaps around here. You can se La X in Juarez, and due to the complication of the intersection I think it's still I-10 rather than I-110.

Also new Al vehicle In pic 16! Looks like a buick
I want to say pic 4 with the burgundy truck looks new. I can't make that out but does not look the same as the one from pic 14.
oldmanclippy wrote: 19 May 2022 15:29 I'm starting to see why Texas has taken so long, El Paso is nuts. Looks like a fantastic combination of detail and scale. If this is the standard we can expect for DFW, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin then we're in for a treat.
Lol. Yeah and of the big 6 in Texas, El Paso is by far the smallest in population. Its number 23 iirc. Followed by Ft. Worth (13), Austin (11), Dallas (9), San Antonio (7) then Houston (4). Yeah, they are beast cities in Texas and the road network only gets worse in the other larger cities, lol. So yesss tons of detail and work. Most of all that work involves I-35. So it will be a very busy traveled road til we get further East.

El Paso looks pretty good actually, probably my second favorite blog from Texas so far (behind this one) I am looking forward to seeing border areas of El Paso south of Las Cruces when they come. Or if they come ;)

And I believe that, with the Texas blog this week and the one last week, from this point forward, with some breaks in between some weeks, there might be 1 Texas blog every week, although in my opinion, the release is still months away.

Yep I'm really thinking that the Austria rework team shared some of their knowledge with the ATS mappers because the Montana and now Texas blog pics we've been seeing are showing mountains that actually feel like mountains. Colorado and Wyoming had them too but I do think the realism aspect is improving with the states in progress.

Hopefully they now pass it on and share some tips with the rework team. Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona is gonna need tons of mountain mapping and if the height feels off it will show.

In Texas, we got 10 blogs, but there are only six on the Texas microsite, how is that possible?
@flight50 the company in picture 4 is new, I wrote it in a thread, a general discussion about scs, new companies are in picture 4, 14, 19 (14, 19, same company) and 17 there are two companies, together 4 new companies

@ASUSTechSupport You're right actually! It didn't look like we were getting US 54 from Alamogordo so I figured it would stop north of the airport and didn't even consider it being there.

Also, after closer inspection Pics 4 and 18 are actually on I-10 near Schuster Ave, right along to the boarder with Mexico. Those have also been updated.

@Marcello Julio Thank you! Fixed it.
