Maybe if Davido releases KS-OK-NE as a bundle by 2023, Team 2 could work on the Dakotas by 2024. Team 3 could move onto LA/AR. Team 4 could split and stick with base map reworks. That's just my idea. Texas has the capability of splitting into three teams itself. As Team 2 moves toward the Great Lakes with MN-WI-IL (2025), Davido could do MO-IA (2024), with Team 3 MS-AL (2024). Then by 2025, Team 2 could move onto MI-IN-OH which would be done by 2026. So in theory, Team 3 could move to GA-FL by late 2025. Now we hopefully have the base map team done, and there could be TN-KY, by 2025 or 2026 as well. Three DLC per year. Or maybe I am too optimistic...
But this is why I am saying that they could reach New York around 2029 and New England 2030.
I don't think you realize how much work those a OK+KS+NW bundle is. Davido will not be releasing 3 states as one dlc in one year. That is wayyyyy to much work. Texas is already at 3.5+ years and those 3 states is easily 2+ years if only one team works it.

Davido will do one state and the 2 map leads that are on Texas will do 2 other states. Jakub will stay on the rebuild. Your expectations are too optimistic. But again, Texas had 3 teams worth of people because they took people from the rebuild. The rebuild team vanished because of Montana and Texas. Once Texas is out, each map lead will more than likely only command 10 or so again, not 15+ unless they are doing a super team. But if you think one team can knock out 3 states in one year, you're going to be madly disappointed. It took 1 team a whole year for all the currently released dlc's to dates (excluding Texas). They do get smaller but one team can't do 3 states. You're asking for the impossible.
3 dlc's or states a year is possible but not by one team. It will take 3 teams to do 3 states if we are to get it within one year.
