In Spain, we have the "Norma 8.1-IC señalización vertical de la Instrucción de Carreteras", which collect all the standards for traffic signs and road markings of the country.

Any ideas about sources with railroad crossings & traffic lights in Spain? Because unfortunately the links from www.mitma.gob.es do not load at all!

I didn't know the "carreteros" webpage. Even in it's crude old-school simplicity, such a shame that a completely particular webpage is more useful than the official one from the administration in order to find the road norms and laws.
