It's not really a bug when it is intentional-ish

They made better skins in the past, so it's not an excuse saying it's for low end PCs!

Not a bug?!?!? What is it then? New standard?
Compare this quality to any paintjob from "Force of Nature" (2014) or "Viking Legends" (2015). It is ridiculous.
