All of the XG+'s pics I've seen, have the side wall trim on it... Either stock or painted, they're always there. I don't know if DAF removes them by customer order since in the release brochure, the only side wall trim available for the XG+ is this black/silver one.

I tried it in-game before and did not liked it only because a hair of body colour still pokes through the sides of the A Pillar, enough to make a thread of aliasing that sticks out like a sore thumb, especially to me that hate any sort of aliasing in my pictures.

Is looks acceptable (Notice that I didn't wrote *good*) from a distance but for more up close shots, it there at your face.

I just wished SCS would've provided us with painted side wall trims instead of just having the option to omit them.

My "first" XG+ 530 FTN that I clocked about ~170000km's:

My current XG+ 530 FT that so far has ~32000km's and I intend to drive it until I get sick of hauling ADR. (Which may take a long long while):
