Not sure if anyone noticed this already, so many pages, but I encountered a problem in Billings:

The question is whether the overpass is missing a low clearance sign (less than 14 feet) or my cargo is missing the oversize classification (height over 13.6 feet).

@rookie31st In real life there is no Low Clearance Sign (just checked on StreetView). The cargo is not loaded properly onto the stepdeck. So no error on your end!

I just think that the boom should be lowered onto the flatbed. Probably SCS will correct the loading position of this equipment if reported in the bug section.

I made a quick check-up about truck going that way and found a no truck sign before the downtown core of Billings at First Avenue, so unless it is a local delivery, this place should not be accessible to commercial vehicles. I noted that Business Loop I-90 is the immediate street before that overpass so yeah trucks with local delivery can go that way or use the other street to get to the other side if really needed!

In game the bridge is taller than 13 foot 6 since box trucks can fit under it with room to spare. Also, there is a marked truck route in game (with signage) and IRL that you should have followed instead of going that way. However, like mentioned that load is modeled improper because the back bucket should be extended out to avoid being over height.
What good is a world without good detail?

We can hope: the forestry dlc log loader has been reported as inaccurate for years. SCS has yet to fix it.

For a general rule of thumb, all hydraulic parts are generally to be lowered into a resting position when hauled. Leaving a boom up like that irl would likely mean it would settle during transport. And there should be a chain over that bucket as well.

Yep, no problem. Some backhoes have a boom lock even to keep it in the upright position when driving.

Settling just happens unless the pressures are equalized
which few people do (or know how to).

I went to the scenic overlook marker placed in an alley near the hotel by SCS, didn't know it's a trap

Sorry to say this, but US-2/WA-20, is not simple.
Yes, simple if 1 does the basic road.
But if one wants scenery, that somewhat correspondens to reality? Then that is something else.
Southern Utah and SLC mountain rework? easier!
