No, that's only Canada. Which they do up there day and night 24/7/365 days a year.

Thanks Sobes. I didn't know they were doing away with the night time speed limit in some states.

It's been a long time since I've been in Texas. Montana never. LOL

Matz, it's not because anyone wants to race. All we want is to be able to do the posted speed limit. It's a pain to roll down the road and have AI trucks doing the posted speed limit pass you. This isn't a game. As SCS says advertising ATS... it's about the realism. And this isn't realism in any way, shape, or form.

If they changed it to 70MPH, it would silence some of the whingers at least.

70 mph would be good. Tho that would be a very big IF.

So you mean like all the governed trucks in real life then getting passed by trucks that don't have a governor? 65mph is perfect as that is what a lot of companies use for their speed governors.

My suggestion: Keep it at 65mph!!!

WoTr should follow common limit set by line owner, as WoTr is the line owner in this case

But maybe the 65 mph will be the limit in the future?

In my opinion, raising the limiter to 70 MPH would be unrealistic since most are set lower than that in the real world.

If you hate your speed limiter, just put this song on the radio every time you take a World of Trucks job! :D

TBH I've never seen a point to the limiter on WoTr. There is no loss or gain to it.

I sure as hell don't care if someone completes an Xmas job 10mins faster than me cos they can drive at 200mph. TBH I think it's more for future development if WoTr becomes the true hardcore mode they envision. It could also be tied into convoy mode.
