389's and W900's are usually custom order, you won't see them get hauled like that IRL.

Re: Peterbilt Trucks Discussion Thread
Does it matter? Both trucks are still in production, so of course dealers are going to have them in lots. Not to mention I've personally seen new ones hauled like this within the last year.
Re: Peterbilt Trucks Discussion Thread
It does, i'm sure it's a VERY rare thing to see on the road, not trying to start a pointless discussion.

I was just correcting your claim that you wont see them hauled like that, when in fact you can.
Re: Peterbilt Trucks Discussion Thread
Yeah, my bad on that part, i meant to say "you usually won't see them like that", just missed to write "usually" again on my comment but my point about it being something very rare to see still stands.
Re: Peterbilt Trucks Discussion Thread
Rights to the dealership is not the same rights as the plant. Paccar allowed the 2 dealerships day one but notice that to get the Kenworth plant, SCS has to go thru Kenworth. To get WS, they went thru WS, not Diamler. The same will have to happen for Peterbilt, its not automatic. The parent only owns the brands but the brands have to be negotiated with for their plants.
Seeing Peterbilt in the in the browser is for the dealerships. That's not the same as the plant. I'm still 50/50 on the actual plant though. I see it being the same way as WS was. The plant was in place but not activated until WS approved it. SCS can't green light the Peterbilt plant unless Peterbilt gives the green light. The Toronto trip was a good sign but you never know.

Re: Peterbilt Trucks Discussion Thread
I imagine they use the traffic version of the truck to make the cargo, and the new 579 traffic model wouldn't be done yet if it is in the works, so having the old 579 as the cargo makes sense.

If we do get the NG 579, I think the old one should stay. Just decrease the spawning ratio.
