It will be, except for the cab shape and the chassis, everything else is different. Making it a facelift means adding Old Cascadia as facelift to the current one.

And how do you know that? I'm sure they said that on the blog so people don't get too excited and think it's coming next week or next month, SCS knows better, i refuse to believe they don't have a model of that truck in a very advanced state, SCS is just trying to keep the crowd under control.
