Most fleet trucks from mega fleet hauler doesn't have that fancy entertainment system. They usually fitted a third party/aftermarket GPS/Navigation system. So it's still a common thing to ask. I know a couple of guys (including me) who likes to pretend to be a mega fleet company driver by spec'ing their truck not too flashy like an owner operator unit.

You can just turn off the GPS :)

That's a good point, but we can't really do that in the game.

But i personally don't think it would be a deal breaker if the all-new VNL doesn't have the Core (no infotainment/sat-nav/GPS) interior trim.

I agree that if there is an option IRL without NAV, the game should have one option with that. Some people like to use the GPS from the Cabin Acc or drive old school.

But I think if SCS goes with the "all cabins have NAV", you can change the infotainment screen or turn it off. Is not the same (screen still there) but is something.

That is what the GPS cabin accessories are for..

The presente of the GPS depend on the chosen finition, right? You can't choose like the luxury specs but without media system I suppose. It's included, even if you don't want it.

ICYMI, The "newest" Volvo VNL *in-game currently* has been renamed to "Volvo VNL 2018" on Steam.

So I believe that some Open Beta update will rename to "Volvo VNL 2018" in-game.

I think it must be preparation for the new Volvo VNL.

It's already labeled as such in the beta.
