Gotta agree there. I come back to 1.44 and it's running terrible now. Ets2 on the other hand runs a lot better

What seems the worse to me are the FPS spikes after the last update to the Lode King DLC, dipping from 100+ fps to the mid 20's especially in the first ten minutes of the game.
It seems to level out after a few minutes, but still it needs to be looked into as 1.43 was way better than 1.44 in the fps department, imho.

Also noticed that (in both OpenGL and Dx11), and I also experienced temp freezes when operating in convoys - you know how rage inducing it is?
Personal Truck Wishlist:

ETS2: Ford F-Max or SISU Polar or M-B Actros 5 (2019);
ATS: KW W990 or Intl' HX 520/620 or WS 4900.

For @Oldspice the creator of this topic, I think that it is because this game was made before all of that insane Amd stuff. This game always works better with Intel Core CPU+ NVIDIA GPU. I know this game is not optimized well enough to run those specs at the best frame rates on higher resolutions. I don't know your monitors resolution but if it's more than 1440p that must be making the problem if you are still using that same Amd card. I've always used Intel and NVIDIA, but recently my gaming PC stopped working, I was looking for a new one. If you get a new pc anytime soon, then don't have everything be Amd. Then things will be better probably.

This is the worst advice ever.

The AMD Ryzen CPU's these days are running neck and neck, and often outperforming their Intel counterparts. AMD is still a touch behind Nvidia when it comes to graphics card but they far better than what they used to be.

No, in the games I play, the intel wins. I've always hated amd, especially now that their drivers are broken and their processors don't work properly in windows 11. And I use windows 11. So if you want the broken then choose that option that gives you that. Let your pc not work properly if you want to. and ryzen is a dumb name to me, core is a better name. I'm not trying to be crazy, but it's my preference. I choose what I want to use.

I won't comment further beyond this reply to you.....but your logic is way off base in my opinion. By the way the AMD fps drop with Windows 11 is fixed and has been for awhile.

Extremely bad advice that you gave.

Have no qualms using AMD or Nividia ethier one does well now 4k to 1080p both do well with any game. I was going to get 3080ti, but PSU would needed to be replaced which coat $200 dollars, and decided save $800 get AMD 6800XT as benchmarks were around 10% slower than 3080ti and 5% slower than 3080. Buying new PSU did not want to do that so AMD was better choice.

Ryzen CPU closed the gap with Intel where Intel has to sell some cpu at lost in mid market cpu range to compete.

Should pay attention to benchmarks and your wallet as well too.

Intel and AMD are both good and thier diminishing returns with cpu especially at high end. Would have no problems buying from both.

The only real issue I have with Ryzen is the fact, that you should build your own PC around it. Because vast majority of prebuilts comes with a single stick of ram and AMD processors hate it.
Other than that, they are in most cases better than Intel.
Although for ETS2 and ATS as of now, the only thing that matters is single core frequency. So it's usually better to buy a cheaper CPU with less cores and higher frequency, than a badgilion core monster with low frequency...
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.
