Automatic Gear problem in 1.3.1 [Modded game]

I updated my game to 1.3.1. I am using simple automatic. Vehicle gears up so fast that it becomes inefficent. I disabled every mode but it continues. It also happpens in every kind of engine and transmission. I recorded a video about my problem. http://youtu.be/ANK-lpLhan0

I can see you are using different physics and gear mod. That's your problem.

try buying a new truck with default gear box. see if it's still the case
