Well the documentation we found had the lowest ratio and highest ratios possible anymore, but nothing in-between.

Also, concerning engines, we still can't find the list of ratings and the curves for the DD13 Gen5 and DD15 Gen5, but if someone can find those, please send it either to me or Galimim

Concerning the transmissions, from what I found, it's still the same DT12 as what we have now (DT12-HL, DT12-H and DT12-HE for the cascadia, and DT12-HE, DT12-V and DT12-VX for the 49X)

I think i found one spec sheet for DD15 gen5 505hp and DD13 gen 5 525hp engine

Unfortunately that sell sheet have no specs at all, and just one curve is not enough, I want ALL THE CURVES! EVERY CURVES! JUST THE CURVES! (yes i'm memeing, deal with it)

Hi Galimim!
I think I found some typos...
In the Freightliner dd13_505 the

Code: Select all

rpm_range_power: (300, 400)

seems to be a typo. IMHO should be something like 1500-1900, or whatever is appropriate for this engine.
A similar typo ("(400, 300)") seems to apply to ALL the X12 engines in the FL & WS engines department.

@galimim i give up, can you recommend me a gearbox to reach cruising speed of 80 - 90 km/h with a DD16 600 engine on the Cascadia? , i tried some gearboxes but it doesnt go past 11th gear and for the life of me i can never remember the ratio if it is up or down where you reach the last gear or not at cruising speed

This might give you a hint on which Diff Ratio to use.
If you are looking for a direct drive 1:1, 80km/h, and 1100rpm, it would be 2.64.
With an 0.77 overdrive, go for 3.43 from the xls shown.

i found one, the DT12-OA G330 with a diff ratio of 3.417 works, when i reach 80km/h i am at ~1000rpm, with 90 im somewhere at 1300 to 1350 rpm.
