I hope they start the bundles soon. These states are similar in geography and relatively low in population. Having to wade through 400 blogs on grass and water and water towers will get old quickly.

The biggest question mark for me with states North of Texas is road density. Texas onward, there are no lack of roads. There is no lack of manpower. SCS has to make good with density. They’ll need to lerarn how to bring density with less space because this will be what’s necessary moving forward. There is a lack of big cities though for states directly North of Texas. These states will need some innovation to attract people as well imo.

Well, without any surprise, Kansas is the next state after Oklahoma after the teaser on the Christmas Stream today. However, we still do not know if the addition of Nebraska is a reality or will be just Kansas.

Excited to finally be getting into the Midwest with Kansas! Crossing the vast, open Great Plains is going to be really cool

Sounds like just Kansas to me - Kansas is the sunflower state and Nebraska is not also known for them. Although SD and ND each outpace Kansas by 20x in terms of sunflower production. And even Minnesota has Kansas beat.

At least we got Kansas confirmed to day. It was expected but still good to know. Yesss, the MidWest is coming. I sure hope it brings a brand new set of companies though. Kansas starts a new region and it would be great to feel it. We might get Nebraska news coming Spring though. But as of now, its probably a good assumption to say both Kansas and Nebraska will come as individual states.

Spring is a good estimate for Nebraska. Honestly if Kansas is 2023, we could see Nebraska wip in March. By this point, we're looking for an early 2024 release for Nebraska. Honestly, it being Montana-sized for both states, could have had a Montana capacity.

Patrik being in charge of Kansas? He's really good at the mountains though. Utah didn't look half as good as Washington.

Let's see if it gets plain to a field day.

More relevantly, Patrik did Colorado which was the first time we saw the Great Plains in high quality. If he is the lead on Kansas I think we'll be in good hands, eastern Colorado is pretty darn good.
