Very nice blog post! Interesting to read both about Kansas and about the great people bringing it to life!
Also, some variety in the format of blog posts is good

Sad, although it will not be a large number, maybe a few percent of players and probably a large part will be able to get a newer system.

whats sad about it ? Windows 7 is 15 years old in 2024, that Windows 8/8.1 are axed also is obvious, same happend to Windows XP and Vista, they cant carry the old OS forever especially if MS drops support and if the players using Steam dont use it anymore

Win 7 and 8 are used by less than 2% of all Windows-based steam users.
If you're one of them, the time to move on was a long time ago. And you still have 9 months to do so. Upgrade to win 10/11 is free.

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
Interesting. Looks like Windows 10 and 4 cores is the minimum that SCS should gear their engine update to. I really hope multi threading and multi core support will part of the equation for their update. I'd like to see the doors opened as wide as possible and limitations be SCS skill level, not the game engine.Aziz wrote: ↑29 Mar 2023 15:37 https://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey ... e-to-Steam

My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.
