Unfortunately no.

Try going to the WS 5700 DLC page on steam and click download... This worked for me.

If not, then SCS needs to fix whatever crap that happened.

Me too, but I just looked at my dlc addition history and I have all DLC trucks from July 12, 2017 including the International 9990i, WS57x and WS 5700 which were added last year and today maybe steam has some problem or I don't know why I have this date for all scs trucks

I have a new truck with only a desktop and without half of the parts. It is not available in the store and gallery.

There must be some problem with Steam. Because it was supposed to be automatically installed for everyone.

for some reason steam want to know that you clicked download even though the DLC was already downloaded, the same problem always happens with Family Sharing and "free" DLCs

after i clicked on it i had the truck ingame but i dont know if it was because of this or because i unpacked the DLC and added it as a mod, which somehow doesnt work anymore it looks like

It's even worse on my steam I can't even find the DLC anywhere on the shop page or in the search, nowhere!

I just went to the ATS page on Steam and the truck is not on the DLC list, but it is in the store. Apparently it's a problem with Steam.
