It's not really a question of keeping them or not, but at least taking care of them otherwise what's the point of leaving them?

They do take care of them and make sure that they work error free in every release. What they don't do is improve them.

This is clear. I and many players like Magnum, but it is impossible to look at him without tears. No mods will help him.
Such tracks need to be redone from scratch according to the current standards of the game.

Not a good idea imho, if only for the reason that some people, myself included would like more classic trucks, eventually these trucks may be considered classic, the Magnum though not my fav. truck is a contender for it.
But even so, maybe some trucks aren't the most popular ones, if removed some people will probably be upset about it, I would hate it if they removed the Daf 105 for example.

Why force whoever likes to ride them to not have while whoever doesn't like them could just not use it?

Deleting outdated content isn't the answer, otherwise we would have opening to start thinking of deleting UK and other old maps since they aren't up to current standard anymore.

Just don't use or drive where it doesn't please your eyes is the way

As an option, announce a competition among modders to make their own versions of old tracks, but according to the current SCS standards. The best of them will be replacements for current old tracks.
In such a situation, re-licensing is not needed, I think.

Indeed, spent an hour yesterday on the truck browser testing out all the accessories.

The Premium and Magnum were never going to be considered. Remember back when SCS/Renault did that deesign competition that was open to all renaults but somehow every single paint picked was on a Range T? Yeah that's you all you need to know about Renault trucks stance on older trucks. They don't exist in their view.

Personally I think it's a Volvo thing, the old trucks were Renault, where as the new models are obviously owned by Volvo now. But either way, the chance of ever seeing work done to the old renaults in game or tuning for them should be considered absolute zero.

The paintjob thing is my biggest annoyance with the game, no skin should be under 4k pixel size in this day and age. I would happily pay for a HQ DLC pack that replaces all the skins with 4k versions. But SCS seem to be deaf to the fact we don't like these tiny pixelated skins. :x
I know about the Magnum & Premium thing, Mohegan13 and I agree :).

I didn't want to be redundant on that "claim".

Actually, it doesn't bother me that much compared to the quality. I also consider today in 2022 4K textures can be a standard. Or at least, make them be in HD.

Thanks!

On another topic... Do you guys think the Lode King Trailer Pack will be the same price as the Krone Pack for ETS2?? Because for my currency the T Pack was 9,99 bucks and I have 10,01 left... And the Krone pack is also 9,99, which means I'll be able to afford the LK DLC without having to refill my steam wallet.
