@MarkON Yap, I was expecting to see West Balkans in testing two or three months from now. I know that adding Heart of Russia might mean nothing but I'm surprised to see it and I'm not expecting to see it in the next couple of years for sure, but who knows...

I only mentioned what scs did most often... most often does not mean always.

To be honest, a WB release before November would be a  shock to me.

Just watch for the new achievements on Steam, when they will pop-up there, the launch will be one month and a half - two months away.

There are three map expansions coming this year. And if the SCS suddenly pluck up the courage and become brave and release HoR, against all odds, it will be quite unexpected.

I am not surprised on WB. I always considered it a Summer dlc. With no HoR last year, it's critical imho to get ETS2 a map. Another ATS map only and this forum gets turned upside down.

I just thought WB would come before Oklahoma. In the past, ETS2 got maps at the end of the year behind Utah in 2019 and behind Colorado in 2020. So behind Oklahoma vs behind Kansas isn't bad at all if spaced out by 30 days or so. But at least is 1.48 and not 1.49.

So if WB is in testing niw, give it about 1-2 months of testing and it will release. Oklahoma could already be in testing. It's a much smaller dlc so it should probably release first. No 1.48 ob yet so both have more to go obviously.

What about trailers in ATS, yeah, we have many brands in ETS but in ATS only one, therefore, of course, this gap must also be filled. I hope that over time, one of the above American trailer brands will also be announced. :)

@flight50 Yeah, pretty much. I'm expecting OB 1.48 to start by the end of the month, so by the end of July we are getting a full release, and then in August, we will have Oklahoma, so West Balkans is going to be released most probably in September. We will have two months between each map expansion.

One thing is pretty much sure if 1.48 OB brings Trieste that means West Balkans is two months away from the release date.

Feldbinder factory seems interesting, but sadly I haven't bought the DLC because the lack of tanker & silo cargoes is too big, I want functional trailers and not eyecandy.

^ lol. Nope it won't be just you. There's a lot of time from now til 1.49 releases. So WB would have to have a setback before it goes to 1.49. For the sake of the ETS2 community, WB is big. On top of that whether HoR comes too....SCS is showing it won't just sit. If it's just kept updated, they are keeping it ready to release at any moment. If they are planning something wild such as a double release or 1.49 release for HoR, that too is great.

2023 is a good map year coming with the rebuilds and new dlc's.
