The most important takeaway is that we're getting a truck that was almost universally wanted. It may have taken a while, but kudos to SCS for finally pulling it off, even if it takes another 12 months.

Maybe with big luck, in this year's Christmas Stream we can receive something similar to how it was with the new MAN TGX last year. Some 3D model teaser.

Anyone that has a history of reading and keeping up with these blogs knows we're in for a big one. But on the bright side, the VNL it's coming, eventually.

I'll tell you a fun fact, a month ago I started using the Volvo VNL 2018 mod, and today, SCS presented a blog saying that they are starting to work on this truck, I feel like scs knew that I modified this truck, so they decided visit Volvo NA

We never know, might be a bit faster now

We never know, they may be next!
galimim wrote: 19 Aug 2022 15:30 One more thought. SCS must be pretty confident in the deal they have with Volvo, if they are willing to show what they are working on. The last time that happened was the Renault T and we all know how that ended.
Pretty much my thought, someone from SCS actually said that they would only announce things that were certains after the T to avoid the same debacles of overpromising and underdelivering

The good news is that between now and the VNL release, the guys that have been asking for the 5700XE or 4900 may get their wish conceded after all.

Haha: I kinda think they look snazzy. Would I want to drive one irl? No.

But they belong in game for sure.
