I think it's related to Star Nation, which happens at Bend, OR on Aug 3-6. Going by the themes of "Toughest jobs", this might just make sense. Probably some WoT event related to heavy haul around Bend, which already has a good off-road logging site.
Power hood might be the icing on that cake.

(But seriously, star nation is a good opportunity to do a good collab).

There’s an unused truck dealer construction prefab in the editor now. Could be related to a WoT event where we bring materials there and eventually a dealership is built there?
That would make sense for a Western Star collab.
