I hope you do realise that in a real truck your body moves in the same rhythm and the problem is not as obvious, but if your monitor is not shaking nor your eyes but the virtual interior does, everything will look blurry/out of focus/whatevernameyoumightfindforthis.

Any vehicle has a natural vibration when driving on the road. In the game, the cabin is completely stationary. There should be some shaking. These are natural physical processes.

Not everything can be reasonable simulated. Get a vibration chair or sit on the subwoofer and call it a day.
