If we have Balkans at the end of this year, that will mean that DLC would had got a way bigger delay than Iberia had, despite being smaller (most probably) and not having to deal with the massive lighting changes that happened before Iberia release.

So no, we are NOT going to see Balkans released at the end of this year; we DON'T WANT that to happen (and SCS doesn't neither, big delays are money lost). The schedule has been again 1 year since Iberia, but now is around April/May; as it would had happened with HoR if not by the war. We are not going to see again the December release for ETS2 map DLC unless either they have a very BIG problem again or they start to release smaller DLC like the ones on ATS (Texas apart).

@Some newbie driver I think it's unreal to expect the release in April or May, my guess is at least in September or October.

Today's 'Under the Hood' was a nice change of topic. The West Balkans DLC has probably been the hardest one to research for due to the number of countries it includes and the possible lack in information on some of the smaller ones. While there will always be misses on the DLCs because of the scale, I'd say the vibe of each country or state is usually something that SCS gets pretty faithfully.
Past night's earthquake has been a terrible loss of human lives. I hope our Turkish friends in the community are OK.

Apart from Turkey, today's earthquake was also in Syria and Kazakhstan

Man, it's not every day that there's a cataclysm where thousands of houses collapse, burying thousands of people under them. Show respect for people in trouble.
