Considering that they already moved a good chunk of the team to West Balkans by the time they knew HoR would need to be shelved, and given that HoR was planned for April, I doubt that we'd see much more than a year gap between HoR's planned release window and WB's release. Especially considering that Greece isn't in. WB will be more work than Iberia in the research and asset creation phases most likely because of all the different countries, and mapping will be slightly more complex due to all the mountains, border crossings, and tight dense areas, but overall there should be far fewer roads and cities to deal with. At worst I can see it being the same workload as Iberia, in all likelihood a lesser workload, IMO. It depends on how good their planning was and how dense they're going to make it.

I was looking throughout the blog post & video to see if there is any teaser about the new MAN 2020. But as I suspected there was none.

Obviously none of us (other than those who might have real life friends at SCS) know what they're really up to. That said - by virtue of having been around for many years, and having some insight into their process, we are quite capable of making educated guesses based on prior experience.

And that "1 year cycle for a normal map DLC release" isn't rocket science neither. So, unless 2023 doesn't await us with another global calamity, we can gues pretty accurately when WB will be released..
