Agreed. Thev 2 warehouse jobs I did, I parked the semi, loaded them, then staged them for the route drivers. Most freight is hands off for the driver. I think he is only speaking about car haulers though. Anything equipment or vehicle related, the driver typically loads, secure the load then drive off.

You wouldnt see a rigid backed into a door at a Home Store or delivering steel to an Avalanche Steel/ Steeler or delivering goods to a Plaster and Sons store. SCS would have to pick the delivery points very carefully and do a lot of research, or else we will get a fuel tanker backed into a dock situation again.

One use I can see for flatbed rigids currently is from Home Store, Avalanche Steel/ Steeler, or Plaster and Sons to a building site. Maybe Farmers Barn to a farm. There aren't delivery points for individual houses to be able to deliver goods from places like Waldens Landscape.

If Rigids were to come, they need to come with an update adding alot more delivery points. The delivery doesnt even need to be a specific company.

Then what I would like to see is a denser road network.
I doubt that denser road network is possible at 1:20 scale, at least in ETS2 case

And even if could fit, who’s gonna edit the whole map for that?

Correct answer: nobody.

Well, the base game map edits (reworks) are going to happen in ETS2 and road network maybe will be slightly denser but not very much, scale limitations currently seem to be the main mapping issue

Not too much.. Similar to the current hidden roads system, they don't have to be everywhere.

That's easily fixed, just use the load/unload points for doubles.

My point is rigids aren't going to be delivering product to a Home Store.

Ye certain trailers are usually loaded on behalf of the drivers same with ridgid for example were I work forklifts load/unload the curtainsiders flatbeds etc although car haulers and lowloader trailers usually do it themselves i would use this feature everytime if it was in game it is a trucking simulator after all and you would kinda expect stuff like that from this game anyway
