Looking at SteamDB, there is only one fairly well-hidden app(dlc) for Euro Truck Simulator 2 left on my discovery list: viewtopic.php?p=1681784#p1681784
It was added in March this year and you can see a lot of hidden changes in the history especially in the last two months.
My thought is New MAN TGX.

Of course this is a new MAN. Pavel just called me and told me about it, he only asked me not to tell anyone about it. But this news is too good to be kept from the community. Sorry.

My thoughts is it's an unused DLC depot that was registered to Steam in advance for when it's needed and isn't actually for any specific DLC at this time.

I'm bummed that the silo containers+chassis didn't make it into the DLC, but it's hard to complain when there is already so much variety in it. Looks good lots of detail with the hoses and such, I'll definitely get it. We're getting closer to the point, if we're not already there, where when we take a freight market job, we'll usually have the option of choosing a licensed trailer (this feature is *sorely* needed for WoT jobs). Flat bed, log trailer, box trailer, reefer, tanker, and now silo. Container would have been a nice addition to round things out but oh well.

I am not sure that I remember one hundred percent (I will have to find that blog), but it seems that they took pictures of containers and container chassis during the visit to Feldbinder. Therefore, maybe they will appear later, or maybe not.

A lot of stories like in the movie about the 25th anniversary, consoles were traditionally mentioned. In addition, the topic of HoR is discussed (quite extensively). If I understand correctly, 680,000 players have added this dlc to their wishlist (180k from Russia and 500k from the rest of the world).
