i think you can use CPU for physx, it's just that nvidia gpu can do it at hardwre level, not simulated or something, it's more efficient.

Most recent PhysX version is 9.23.1019 and was released in May this year.

that was the link i got when i went to nvidia website. now it says like you, may 2024. must have been a cached thing... thanks.

i even remember that everytime i was updating the gpu driver, the physx version stayed the same. glad it's still updated.

i wanted to update my no damage mod and there are a lot of new lines in the file. are they from 1.52 or were before? it was an old mod that kept working, didn't touched it in a while.

PhysX is actually optional part of the main game since 1.51, you can enable it with -physx launch parameter. Although in a very experimental state indeed.

@LuzikSebastian i know you can turn off police and fatigue, but damage since when? as i said, it's an old mod.
