SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

That mod is for people who uses Increased Road Speed Limit from Steam Workshop, not likely to be added

There is a new version of C2C (v2.12.46.1), but somehow it already was in the load order. So, the load order has not been updated, but the map itself has.

Vinnie you have San Rafael v2.0 2 listed in his Mod Load Order thread. Where is it found? I've search on the internet and not found it anywhere.

It is San Rafael 2.0 the second 2 in red is to let you know to follow the procedure at the bottom to make the file compatible with 1.65
2) Change the manifest.sii file within the mod:
a) Open the mod file with 7-Zip or WinRar or something similar
b) Edit manifest.sii
c) Make the following change, from:
Code: Select all
compatible_versions[]: "1.45.*"
to (just put an # at the beginning):
Code: Select all
# compatible_versions[]: "1.45.*"
d) Save the changes

Nope, San Rafael 2.0 still needed but it's still incompatible with the 1.46 update, even in the load order post by Vinnie. Will recheck my load order again and go from there.
