* Sud de France has had a conflict that we've been waiting for a fix for
* JRR has been split into two different downloads on TruckyMods (A and B for different background maps), which makes sense as it's only possible to highlight Latest builds on there, and they need to highlight both variants
* Africa Extended has been updated for 1.46 compatibility. Not everyone has the ability to modify manifests.

So none of these was a fake update.

Does this mod need any road connectors with other mods?

From a very quick test putting it in the load order in same place as 1.45, it fails to load. Most likely it's the same conflict with Road to Asia that was seen with 0.1.1

I've no time to test further today though

If you don't take and add prefabs to Southeast Asia, the game will load, otherwise you will end up on the desktop
