to me the south of france (Sud_de_France_by_Charly_1.5.1) continues to crash more or less here in the road between the two toll booths after montpellier

The Sud de France problem is weird.

I originally had that problem with 1.5.0, yet it didn't affect everyone else.

Since 1.5.1 was released, I no longer have that problem, but some others do, and at least one of them didn't have the problem with the earlier build. Very strange

Yeah, it indeed is strange. I didn't have a crash with v1.5.0, but I did have a crash with v1.5.1... Also, with both v1.5.0 and v1.5.1 there is this GPS issue, but without Sud de France the GPS issue is gone. So there definitively is an issue with Sud de France. That's why I decided to remove it from the map combo. The GPS issue is something I can live with, but a crash is just a no go.

"Updated the OP with a link for a 1.46 compatible version. There are no changes except for the file changes mentioned above, so you don't have to edit the files manually anymore.

Since the changes of the mountainscape along the E6 are currently work in progress, I decided to keep the old sector files of the places that have newly been added to Promods 2.63 (as otherwise you'd see some weird effects like abruptly ending terrain textures etc, when driving south of Tromsø). This will hopefully be completed in a future version, so we can go with the reworked promods sectors in those areas"
