ok. but what order about "Others mods" ?

Some exemples :
- Animates Gates (viewtopic.php?t=226011),

On the top or at the bottom? Before or after Sounds?

I took a look at your log, here's a few comments:

AZGE_Addon_Locale_V2 is not in our order, and I suspect it would need to go above AZGE add-on 1.45 anyway
RoExtended_v3.5_Locale is not in our order, we have the "official" ROEX EN city names
Kirov CAPS and sign fix is 1.0, there's 2.0 in our order
Iberia Rebuild is 1.7, our order has 1.6 as 1.7 is known to cause some issues (reported upstream, not fixed yet)

Otherwise it seems to match what is in the order.
