[W.I.P] Scania 3 Series

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

Don't you have anything else to do but complain? This is a leisure project and therefore it doesn't matter how long it takes.
If you don't want to wait, then pay the modders a decent salary and they can use all their time.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.

@LegoTechnicFanBoi so what?
these things take time, if you are really confident & find it easy to mod then why don't make your own version of it.People like you are one of the reasons why modders quit the project or rush them & give us a half finished product. If you really have nothing useful to say keep your opinion to yourself because this doesn't help anything at all!
@W214D keep what you are doing guys, take your time it doesn't matter if this mod comes tomorrow or 2 years later. I have no doubt that your work will be one of the must have mods in the end

@W214D Hi, don't worry, I know very well that both you and the other people behind this mod have private lives outside of modding (as you should), so I'm telling you:
Use and predend all the time you want/need, I'm sure in the end it will be worth the wait. You don't have to rush things just because someone is in a "hurry". Keep it up, you have all my respect.
I hope I have made myself clear.
Goodbye and enjoy your stay

No offence, but one of the reasons I had to stop working on this truck is because it became less of 'a leisure project' (as Leo said) and more of fulfilling expectations for people and thus very tiring. Please, just be conscious of the fact that these are real people with families, responsibilities, school, college and so on. If you really want something, you can pick up Blender and learn it by your own pace. Thank you.

Mini Update:
I've finally picked this up again:
[ external image ]
The way I have planned it is to utilise the cab's modular system made back in 1980 with the 2 Series, which therefore will make it easy to create the Scania T 3 Streamline, and the older 3 Series lineup and potentially the 2 Series lineup
This now means that this mod will now contain the cabover Streamline in V1.0 but after the T 3 Streamline will possibly make an appearance here as well.
Should also verify that I'm working on this along with the Sisu and Renault simultaneously so progress will be in large chunks for these 3 projects

I'd love that! It's hard to find a good 2 & 3 series nowadays
