Hello, I would like to talk about the ambulances in Spain.
In Spain all the "Comunidades Autonomas"(The biggest partition of Spain in regions) manage their own Health system with their own ambulances.
The bast majority of regions use fluor yellow as base colour for the ambulances (I think currently only Asturias uses white colour as base, red stripping and blue logos), with the stripping being different between regions usually using colours from the region's flag for the stripes, big logos from the region healt system and lettering in some cases even in their onw language diferent than spanish, some of them with the adition of the type of ambulance in the lettering, SVA-soporte vital avanzado or UVI-Movil ( Advanced Life Support, for the most injured and dificult) or SVB- Soporte vital basico (basic life support, for normal cases)

So is difficult to model an ambulance that can fit all Spain, but there are currently one kind of ambulances that you can see all over Spain, painted almost in the same colours with minor variations.
The Cruz Roja Española ambulances (Spanish Red Cross), they are painted almost the same in all Spain, white base colour, red stripping same for all, black lettering (with ambulance writed backwards on the front) and red cross logos, the ones on the back being reflective(the newer ones has all the red stripes reflective too).
As you can see on the pictures.(Don't pay atention to the amber emergency lights in some of the photos there are the old ones, currently since 2018 blue lights are mandatory for al ambulances, so we are on the middle of colour change, only the amber light bars formed by squares on the back of ambulances and fire trucks remain amber to indicate the vehicles aproaching from the back to wich directiong they must overtake when they are stopped). Usually they are donated to the Red Cross by private companies so in some of them you can see the logos of the private company that donate it to the Red cross. and you can see ambulances from many diferent brands usually the most common are the cheapest ones like Fiat Ducato(Peugeot or Citroen model) or Ford Transit.

The Red cross ambulances are usually not first responders, only in some rural areas where the regional health system don't have an ambulance base but the red cross has it then the red cross are first responders.
But you can see them in almost all the big events like, concerts, sport events of all kind, and parked on the beaches in summer to help lifeguards, and you can see them on big accidents when the regional healt system need help (like crashes with lots of injured, forest fires, floods...)

So in game they will add a lot of reallism to the trafic because you can see it in all Spain, so you should consider add them to Spain traffic, I think is easy to made a generic one without any lettering refering to specific places or private company logos, you only need to put the red cross logos, ambulancia word in each lateral, on back and front(writed backwards on the front) and "Cruz Roja Española" on the laterals.(The newer ones has all the red stripes being reflective too)
They can spawn circulating on the traffic, stoped in the gate of stadiums, or lifeguard post on beaches and ports, in big random events where more than one ambulance appeared...(They can coexist with the current ones in game.)

Edit: If you want to do the real spanish ambulances you should do the one from each Comunidad Autonoma, with the current map that will be 14 different paint jobs (Andalucia, Aragon, Cantabria, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla y Leon, Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana, Extremadura, Galicia, Madrid, Murcia, Navarra, Pais Vasco, Principado de Asturias) If you choose that option, I can help finding reference photos for each one and in wich parts of the map should spawn.

The Russian ambulances needs some changing. Here is what's wrong with how they currently look:

Yeah, a Ford Transit van would be more fitting for the Russian ambulances than a Volkswagen; thankfully one already exists in-game (the Turkish ambulance).

I guess so? I don't really know about or tell apart different vehicle models. My feedback was simply about the skin/livery design. Fortunately, recent HoR blog posts show that they got rid of Moscow-specific design elements for ambulances countrywide. They still need the Red Cross symbol on the front instead of that blue thing though.

Hungary

The fleet of the National Ambulance Service ("OMSZ"/"Országos Mentőszolgálat") consists mostly Mercedes-Benz Sprinter III 316 CDI and Volkswagen Crafter II ambulances (with older gen Sprinters and Crafters being replaced). Both of these vehicle types are equipped with Profile Genios ambulance packages.

There is a common livery nationwide, since ~2011 all vehicles used this yellow scheme.

Belgium


Emergency medical care in Belgium is primarely handled by fire brigades, but also various smallers actors, ranging from the red cross to accredited private companies.
Now, many vans are often uses as ambulances, but the most common is certainly the Mercedes Sprinter, the game lacking one, I will be mostly sending pictures of existing vans in the game.
