Maybe you can give us a hint? Because I don't think any of us will use dev cam to look for the location. My guess is Napoli.

However, I confirm that it is in Italy.

As no guesses came in the last 24 hours, I'll give you some hints:
We are in the Italia DLC, within mainland Italy. Also, note the three lane highway, though I'm not sure how much that narrows down the solution.

Afaik Italia DLC has loads of 3-lane highways, although not everywhere.

I think we can safely exclude everything south or east of Naples.
Furthermore, it's not Genoa, Cassino, Terni, Pescara and Suzzara I guess.
