Would time moving forward when loading cargo also have affected this?

Re: Stuttering with own trailer [FIXED]
Awesome! Thank you so much!Max wrote: ↑24 May 2022 20:03 i believe i found and fixed the issue.
regular job regeneration was working corectly. but it was hit by unwanted sync when time fast forward happened - eg sleep. there was global random generator re-seed based on current time, which is variable in regular time flow, but same for all jobs expired during the sleep (except the first one) and those job generated same expiration time in future. players who did not slept, nor fast forwarded time by console or similar means did not met the issue. also it needed some amount of unlcoked companies to reach bigger chunks of synced jobs (thus the hard reproduction and "exclusivity" to ETS).
i tested few sleeps and it looked like it rather break "expiration groups" to smaller ones with fix. so it should be ok. the fix will be in some of future updates.
until that you can just force reset of economy. complete regeneration it will spread job expirations correctly and it will work until you sleep few times.
thanks for help everyone.
Always underway.

That is fantastic news! Excellent! Can't wait for the update to arrive
I think the question from Supersobes is interesting. Will be fixed I understand with the update, but until then... Time moving forward when loading cargo is, besides sleeping, also causing the cargo market to become cluttered?

Reason for asking is that I don't sleep as well, like plykkegaard, I have 'fatigue' switched off.supersobes wrote: ↑24 May 2022 21:27 Would time moving forward when loading cargo also have affected this?

I don't have any significant stutters in game with quite a few owned trailers (both ATS and ETS2)GoingDutch wrote: ↑26 May 2022 10:54 Reason for asking is that I don't sleep as well, like plykkegaard, I have 'fatigue' switched off.
Ferries, travel to garage or service station, occasional towed to service etc
Worth a try imo

Yep, that's the exact reason I asked the question. I've had the stutters, but I have fatigue simulation turned off.GoingDutch wrote: ↑26 May 2022 10:54 Reason for asking is that I don't sleep as well, like plykkegaard, I have 'fatigue' switched off.

From my understanding of Max's post, if a lot of old jobs expire during cargo-loading there will be job clutters.GoingDutch wrote: ↑26 May 2022 10:54 That is fantastic news! Excellent! Can't wait for the update to arrive

An update seems to have been released today - will try later to see if this has been fixed.
I, too, have fatigue simulation switched off. However I do sleep during my playing because I try to avoid driving at night
Last time I managed to rid the stutters was when I ditched my trailer for a few days and went for Freight Market jobs. When I came back the Cargo Market was absolutely free of cluttered jobs until I started sleeping.
Always underway.

My latest update on ETS2 was from May 25th. Upgraded tot 1.44.1.7, presumable because of the Renault Tuning Pack that became available that day. Not sure though, looking for the change log.

Re: Stuttering with own trailer [FIXED]
i did not tested, but i believe any fast-forward event (sleep, set time, cargo load - they all use same mechanics) can group job expiration as it "collects" them and handles them at the same time.
but single sleep typically does not cause issue, there must be hundreds of jobs expired at the same time to take measurable time when they are handled upon expire.
the fix most probably won't be part of 1.44. it affects only a small group of players with non-fatal consequences, so we will not risk any unforseen issues in public build.
it will be tested internally and in next beta.

Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

Re: Stuttering with own trailer [FIXED]
From my observation, sleeping once (for 9 hours in-game) already produces some job clusters but it probably isn't enough to cause a severe stutter. The more I sleep the more severe the issue becomes. Anyway it's so very nice to hear this has been fixedMax wrote: ↑27 May 2022 20:00 i did not tested, but i believe any fast-forward event (sleep, set time, cargo load - they all use same mechanics) can group job expiration as it "collects" them and handles them at the same time.
