After installing Iberia DLC, I got constant stutters with 1 seconds intervalls without a break. I have nVidia Profile Inspector FPS limit at 40 and it never dropped!!!
My launch options at the time was: -64bit -nointro -unlimitedlog -mm_pool_size 4000 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000

I changed it to: -64bit -nointro -unlimitedlog -mm_pool_size 8192 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
That significantly changed the feel of the game. Not only did the stutters go away, but it made the game very much smoother. I can only assume that it makes my framerate more stable and my Samsung TV does the rest to interpret frames?

Graphic settings:
Res: 1920x1080
Scaling: 125%
Ingame AA: Low
Mirrors: Medium
Other settings are High/Ultra

I'm gaming on a Lenovo Y700
CPU: i5-6300HQ
RAM: 16GB
GPU: nVidia GTX 960M
VRAM: 2GB

For clarity, stutters are a slowing down/speeding up kind of effect, generally with no FPS change.

FPS drops are not stutters.

Thank god it's not only me who encountered this stutter, i play ETS 2 on my low-end laptop, but it can run ETS 2 smoothly with medium graphic settings (except Iberia exactly) :)

Hi guys, I too have encountered stuttering in several sections of the iberia dlc while lowering the graphic details to minimum. No mods installed

Intel core i7-7700HQ CPU @2.80 GHz, 8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce MX150, VRAM: 1983 MB

Are there any solutions? Thanks a lot

Same problem encountered. I added "-mm_pool_size 12288" to launch options and now the FPS is much more stable.

Iberia stuttering here also. On the other hand, same problem occurs in Turkey region (Black Sea).

i5-4570 3,2ghz
8gb DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4gb

Tried lowest graphics configuration with 50hz but it helped only a little.
