First post and example mods have been updated with information about the new workaround option in the Sound Fixes Pack to force the reefer sound to play (useful for owned reefer trailers).

Enjoy! :)

@Poppey - Yes see the first post. If it's an owned trailer, you just need to follow the steps under the "Owned trailer workaround" section. :)

@snap1704 - At this point a game log would be extremely helpful to help me rule out any causes of it not working.

Follow the readme in the mod description or the first post in this topic. If the sound still doesn't work for you, exit the game and immediately after, open the game.log.txt file in your game documents directory.

Post your complete game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here (split the game.log.txt into multiple pastes if it is too big).
If pastebin is not available in your country please use https://rentry.co and post the link to it here. The page works like pastebin.

Ok I tested in an other profile, but still the same :

I split the gamelog in 2, hope you can see more and find what I do wrong.

@snap1704 - That game log does not look like the complete log. I think it's only showing what happened within a second of the game session.

Can you please post the full game log by selecting all text in the file and pasting it into pastebin? It is missing important information such as the game settings and the version number of the mods. From those pastes it is not visible.

Thanks

@snap1704 - Your settings look correct. There are a lot of mods enabled but I believe they won't conflict.

I can see you have selected the Dutch navigation voice. I've tested this mod too and it works with the reefer sound.

Select the function and press Preview like I have in the video below if you want this to work with any trailer, then swap back to the Dutch navigation. After that you should hear the reefer sound behind your truck once you are moving.
Do note that with this option, it won't play if you're at 0 mph or 0 km/h in speed.
