@LoaderSaints and @m1keY that was my conclusion as well so I tried with only RJL's R & Streamline with its addons and some of kast's mod and the problem was gone sadly I can't find out which mod that was conflicting because I started a "new profile" to test it out and deleted the profile with the conflict before I checked the mods in use.

Seems to have fixed its self from me loading in again today
