First picture is a perfect example of why no...
Old road assets. Horribly inaccurate and unrealistic.
Same goes for the terrain textures and vegetation, as well as signage, buildings and depots. Wait, that's basically everything.
Just... no.

Looks like more California, honestly.
Re: What is your favourite city/town from each state?
My picks:
California - Probably Redding, I don't really visit California but Redding seems to be in a better shape compared to other California cities.
Nevada - Las Vegas, the rework did wonders for this city, and I really enjoy the highway through it. The overall vibe of the city is good, and it now serves as the HQ of my trucking business.
Arizona - Flagstaff, it's pretty small but has a nice feel to it. The 1.36 update it got definitely puts it ahead of other Arizona cities for me.
New Mexico - Albuquerque, I love the road network and its location compared to other cities (which will only improve with Texas).
Oregon - As much as I love Portland, my favorite has to be Klamath Falls. Big fan of the road layout and how it interacts with the river. Love the small town feeling, and how the roads in all directions from here are just great to drive.
Washington - Hard to pick just one, but I think Kennewick wins over Seattle here. The bridges, the highway that avoids the downtown area, the great rest area. It's just generally a very nice city.
Utah - Price, I have a garage here that I use a lot. I love how it is like a halfway stop for the route between I-70 and I-15. The town itself is just fine, but the road west to Provo has to be one of my favorite roads in the game. It shows how Utah is visually a very strong DLC, and it's only getting better as you have to pass through it more when Wyoming comes.
Idaho - Idaho Falls, on top of the waterfalls, just a very nice city to drive around in. The garage here gets bonus points from me for having a kind of private access road that goes all the way around it. I can't wait for Idaho Falls to be even more relevant as Wyoming and Montana are added.
Colorado - Durango, it just has a great location scenery wise, the road north is absolutely beautiful, and it has a weird intersection which is also bonus points for me. Truthfully, all of Colorado's cities are great, but Durango just feels extra special to me.
Wyoming - Because one city seems to entirely be in the game, I'm going to be cheeky and include it. Evanston looks like it will be a nice town to visit, and a great welcome sign to truckers entering Wyoming from the I-80.

I've never hear of a town called Page in Arkansas. Sounds like it would be similar to Oil Trough... Maybe Flippin...
