Technically, those are all called T800, however Kenworth often refers to them with specific letters:
T800N - normal hood
T800W - wide hood
T800H - high hood
T800S - short hood


And yeah, thanks to the way SCS W900 rework is made, W900B and T800 mods were quite easy to bring back (although remodeling hoods to finally 1:1 fit with real life counterparts was a bit of a challenge, as the old parts were really poorly made ). They still need a lot of def and refitting work, but int's not as much of a pain as it used to be.

Nice work horse! My favorite Western Star ingame to this day.

Regarding racks you can look for racks from Iconic Metal Gear for some inspiration.
